Given my financial situation, should I choose an investment advisory service? Why or why not?

Our service is designed for many types of investors.  However, using the analysis provided by our service to invest in securities may not be appropriate for individuals who (i) do not have sufficient short-term savings to cover unexpected emergencies or (ii) have significant high interest debt, such as credit card debt.  We encourage such individuals to consider investing only after they have built up sufficient short-term savings and paid off most or all high interest debt.

Investing using the informational services we provide is appropriate for persons who have built a financial cushion for emergencies and are able to comfortably pay off current debt.

How will you choose investments to recommend to me?

Our firm provides clients with analysis and personalized selections of equity securities, exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”), and cryptocurrencies through a paid subscription service to our mobile application or web-based platform. Our firm utilizes a proprietary algorithm to (i) generate a selection of investments that match a client’s interests and goals and (ii) provide clients with data and analysis concerning that selection.

The selection of investments and analysis our program provides are tailored for each of our clients based on the client’s personal profile. To build that profile, a client completes an intake questionnaire that gives us information such as their preferred investment approach, investment time horizon, capital available for investment, investment goals, risk tolerance, and industries of interest. Our proprietary algorithm will then use that information to provide the client with a selection of investments and industries that align with their stated interests and goals.  Our algorithm also provides the client with market data and our program’s analysis concerning those investments and industries.

Our clients obtain access to our informational advisory services through a paid subscription to our mobile application or web-based platform. Clients seeking to execute the purchase or sale of any particular investment must work with a financial intermediary to do so.

What is your relevant experience, including your licenses, education, and other qualifications? What do these qualifications mean?

Our principal owner and CEO, Borys Dus, has a Master of Business Administration in telecommunication and computer science. Borys has a wealth of business experience in the information technology industry. Artsiom Vysotski has a Master of Technical Science. He has over a decade of experience as a software engineer and in designing various software platforms.

Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments. If I give you $10,000 to invest, how much will go to fees and costs, and how much will be invested for me?

Rather than deducting our fees, our firm exclusively offers a subscription service, which grants our clients access to our informational advisory services. Our clients pay in advance for weekly, monthly, semi-annual, or annual access to our subscription service at the flat rates described in our firm brochure.

Our firm does not charge any other types of fees for our services, such as custodian fees, mutual fund expenses, or any transaction or brokerage costs.  We do not manage client assets.  Clients choosing to trade securities must do so through a broker or agent not affiliated with our firm, and they will incur costs in making such trades.

How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them?

Because of our fixed fee subscription service, we have designed our services for a very broad scope of investors. Not all recommendations our informational advisory services generate may be applicable for your financial profile. That said, all recommendations are supported by the mechanics of our proprietary algorithm.

As a financial professional, do you have a disciplinary history? For what type of conduct?
